Event Description

As part of our diversity programming, the Elliott School of International Affairs and the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration will co-host Public Service Weekend to provide underrepresented B.A. students with an opportunity to learn more about domestic and international public service careers as well as graduate school. To be held on July 25-28, this year's program will focus on "NextGen Leadership: Ethics and Practice." Around 50 undergraduate students from across the country are planning to participate.

GW alumni who work in public service are invited to join us for a student-alumni reception on Friday, July 26, to network with these prospective graduate students and discuss the importance of a public service career. Multicultural alumni are encouraged to participate, but all alumni in public service are invited.

Online registration is now closed. However, you may still attend and register at the door. If you have any questions, please contact Elaine Garbe in Elliott School Alumni Programs at egarbe@gwu.edu.
