Event Description

Celebrate the 150th anniversary of The Metropolitan Museum of Art with its President and CEO Daniel H. Weiss, CCAS BA ‘79. In a conversation with John Wetenhall, Director of The George Washington University Museum and The Textile Museum, Weiss will discuss The Met’s history, its collection, and how they are evolving in light of changing times and current events.

There will be an opportunity for questions from the audience following the conversation. This event is open to all GW alumni, and advance registration is required. This event will take place via Zoom, and access details will be provided to all registered guests closer to the event date.
