About Jennifer Lupu
Jennifer Lupu is a PhD student in Anthropology at Northwestern University. She studies late 19th century Washington, D.C. Her research interests include brothels, institutions, patent/proprietary medicine, and marginalized or underrepresented historical narratives including those featuring LGBTQ people, people of color, women, and poor and homeless communities.
