Vickie Ayers Fundraising for Variety - the Children's Charity of BC

Each year at the Variety Show of Hearts Telethon on Global BC, I present my signature ‘Money Heart’ which is a colourful heart-shaped display of all the cash and cheques I collected throughout the year. I am proud to say that I am Variety’s longest standing and largest single fundraiser in their history! It is so gratifying to know that hundreds of BCs kids with special needs have benefitted from the over half a million dollars I have raised since my Brownie years 44 years ago!

Recent Events:

Our Bocce Tournaments, which are by invitation only, are hosted at my sister’s house in Maple Ridge and at my parents’ in Coquitlam. We raffle prizes and have silent auctions, thanks to the many stores and businesses who loyally donate everything, including exciting trip packages. People look forward to these tournaments and they have become my biggest fundraisers!

August 2022 we raised $19,567.95 from our Bocce Tournaments! Thank you to all who donated or participated!

Bottle Drive - Ongoing!

Donations to my bottle drive are always appreciated and they can be dropped off at my house in Coquitlam, or if it’s fairly local, we can also pick up from you. Please call in advance … I can be reached at 604-939-7419.
