I have decided to JUMP IN For Women’ Heart Health! Throughout September I will participate in a 30-day activity challenge where I will get active for 30 minutes a day for 30 days- All in support of women’s heart health at the university of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation!
By committing to this challenge we are not only taking care of US, we are investing in Women’s heart health at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Through this initiative, we will help start the conversation and raise awareness for women and heart disease. The immediate and long-term benefits for women’s heart health will be addressed through unique and unparalleled programs, services, and research initiatives offered at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
