As the Canada Revenue Agency requires, we need your email address to email you your tax receipt. Providing your email address allows us to reduce costs, eliminate tax-receipting errors and enable us to get you your electronic tax receipt. No. A Mindfull Gift is a donation to the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health; therefore, no tax is charged.
We offer 11 different eCard options: Each of our eCards will include the gift you selected and your personal message. You simply type your personalized message in your eCard before sending it. The eCard will be sent immediately.
Nothing! Greeting cards are FREE with every Mindfull Gift.
You can request one greeting card for each gift ordered. From your cart, click "Choose a card" next to your gifts to select whether you want to add FREE greeting cards to your gift. Select your preferred card and customize it!
If you do not want to send a card with your gift, simply select "No card is necessary" when selecting the card type.
Yes. To place multiple gifts on one card, select "Choose a card" next to one of the gifts and create your personalized card. Then, for each subsequent gift you would like to place on this card, select "Choose a card" and select the "Add gift to this card:" option to choose the card you just created.
You can also opt to create individual cards for each gift. For example, select "Choose a card" then "eCard that will be sent to the email address you supply" for each gift.
Yes. You can write your own personalized message in any of the cards you choose.
eCards are sent immediately to your recipient from when you complete your purchase.
eCards are sent directly to the recipient's inbox and remain active if the recipient does not delete the email.
Your personal message can be 250 characters long, about 40 — 50 words.
When you purchase a Mindfull Gift, you are donating to the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health, which makes your purchase eligible for a tax receipt. An electronic tax receipt will be emailed within minutes of completing your order.
Please refer to your tax receipt email to re-print your tax receipt. If you have since deleted your email, please call us at 613-722-6521 ext. 6747 or email us at thankyou@theroyal.ca, and we will issue you a new tax receipt.
